Was anyone else super obsessed with all things “Hocus Pocus” this Season??? Our Story Bean sure was! It was all witches this year for her, no complaints here! I was stoked that she wanted me to make her a whole Witchy Costume, and that she flew around the house all the month of October on a straw made broomstick singing “Come Little Children” —- Oh it was Magic to see!

I decided to take a whack at making another Witch Hat- This one didnt go perfectly, but we were both happy with the result? Made from Black felt and wire, with of course, a bunch of embroidery… The dress is a black cotton with a sparkle tulle and ruffle details….

I just love making costumes each October, and this year I really feel we raised the bar! I hope you all had a wonderous Hallows eve! xoxo

Adding in a picture of my witch costume as well! I made the skirt from some super cheap costume fabric I purchased here locally, and the top vest from cotton, structured with interfacing and extra stitching- The hat is the same I have worn for the last 4 Halloweens, made from a dollar store witch hat, covered in wire for structure, and layers of stitched fabric! This year I did clean her up quite a bit though…. ;)
