Here we are, just a month before our BIG Move around the world…. Andrew has had a couple of weeks off work, in which we ended up filling with movers and appointments and car selling and endless errands… But in-between the crazy, we slipped away for hiking, some food, and a few Family Fun Days- This was one of them…

Oseto was the first beach I had visited here on Kyushu, so its only fitting that it will be my last… Our family has spent a ton of time here, not only in the Summer, but days we needed an escape to the ocean, we wanted to enjoy a sunrise or set- A place to bring friends and chill for the whole afternoon, or even a stop off to swim in the rain after a trip to Tsugane Falls… It was somewhere we washed away the Deployment funk, and we pretended we could see Dads ship in the distance. I feel like I just know his beach, this beach knows us.

Its a small little cove, and not even the prettiest coast around here, but most of the time (if you avoid visiting during Obon) its pretty quiet…. And thats the charm.
